CanineCore collects account details, contact information, pet-care records, and service activity needed to provide its grooming and boarding operations platform.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, secure accounts, support customers, send requested operational messages, process payments through payment providers, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

SMS messages

If you separately opt in, CanineCore may send account verification codes and sign-in security alerts. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Public-site analytics

If enabled by CanineCore, Google Analytics loads only after you choose to allow analytics on approved public platform pages. Staff workspaces, customer portals, pet-care records, bookings, payments, and support content are excluded. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. You can change your choice from this page or clear the analytics-consent cookie in your browser.
